• Fluent in Tagalog with the ability to communicate effectively with employees.
• Good written and spoken English skills will be an advantage.
• Able to use basic computer applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Flexible and able to adapt counseling approaches according to the needs and culture of the client organization.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
• Previous experience in facilitating well-being workshops, group counseling, or mental health presentations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate counseling records, session notes, progress reports, and other required documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Work closely with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to provide appropriate and coordinated employee support.

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution in the Philippines or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.

Knowledge of professional counseling standards, ethical practices, and confidentiality requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with employees.

Fluent in Tagalog with the ability to communicate effectively with employees.
