Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Benefits and Wellbeing Associate to champion our Head, Heart, Hustle motto with expert benefits support and empathy.

You will administer health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other perks, while guiding employees on eligibility and claims. Maintain enrollment, changes, and terminations; keep records accurate and compliant with regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a wellness-related role or health promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Psychology, or related field.
• Wellness certification is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of wellness principles and health promotion strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and wellness management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other benefits.
• Oversee the benefits enrollment process, including new hires, status changes, and terminations.
• Ensure timely processing of benefits claims, adjustments, and payments.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits options, eligibility, and claims.
• Maintain benefits records and prepare reports on enrollment data and compliance.
