Job summary

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quality and Compliance Supervisor to lead a team of compliance specialists and ensure regulatory alignment across operations.

You will analyze reports, train staff on updates, and collaborate with Operations to optimize performance while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Quality and Compliance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and project timelines and willing to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Compliance specialists who performs all compliance evaluation and monitoring functions to achieve or exceed goals and compliance metrics.
• Oversees document and audit requests from issuing banks.
• Analyzes daily and monthly reports to help determine process areas that need improvement to avoid further violations.
• Ensure that team members are informed and trained on product and system updates necessary to perform their tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize performance with a particular focus on regulatory compliance assurance.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, documentation, and presentations
