Job summary

Wimmer Solutions Philippines is seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to improve how digital web work is planned, prioritized, and delivered. You will manage projects across landing pages, campaigns, product launches, SEO, and marketing intake, collaborating with design, content, AEM authors, marketing, engineering, SEO, and analytics teams to keep work clear and moving.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing web, digital, marketing, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong Jira and project delivery experience.
• Background supporting B2B websites and digital marketing teams.
• Experience coordinating design, content, analytics, SEO, and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Experience using AI to improve project delivery and reduce manual work.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage web project intake, scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate landing page production and campaign or product launches.
• Support SEO implementation, QA, release coordination, and A/B testing.
• Use Jira to track work, improve visibility, and strengthen delivery processes.
• Create status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Use AI to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations to stakeholders.
