As a Web Application Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will use your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.

• Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications using programming languages such as C#.NET and JavaScript
• Coordinating with client support teams to address and resolve application issues efficiently
• Utilizing API Management and Microservices to enhance application integration and performance
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to improve software quality
• Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for software projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement through software solutions
• Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace change in technology and innovation

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
