Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7–11 years of experience.
Fluent English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of software solutions to drive digital transformation.
Mentor software engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Oversee design, coding, and testing of applications using C#.NET and JavaScript.
Coordinate with client support teams to address issues efficiently.
Leverage API Management and microservices to enhance integration and performance.
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Implement CI/CD practices to streamline development processes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements through software solutions.
Encourage team members to grow skills beyond comfort zones and embrace change.
