Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of digital marketing, web development, and creative projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, maintain quality standards, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or account management within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similar environment.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Website Development, and Creative production.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong client relationship management abilities.
Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and quality assurance skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project timelines across paid media, SEO, web development, analytics, creative, and reporting workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Development, QA, SEO, Paid Media, and Creative, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery of tasks.
Drive project execution by managing priorities, resolving blockers, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring projects remain on scope, on schedule, and within quality standards.
Monitor team capacity, resource allocation, billable hours, and project workloads while identifying risks and discrepancies.
Maintain quality control by ensuring deliverables meet established brand guidelines, internal standards, and client expectations before release.
Serve as a primary point of coordination for clients by providing project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a professional client experience.
Improve internal project management processes, documentation, workflows, and recurring operational procedures to increase efficiency.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status, approvals, scope changes, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide hands-on support with reporting, quality assurance, campaign coordination, analytics, or other project tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Support leadership with operational reporting, approvals, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day project management activities.
