You will coordinate with developers and vendors to resolve technical issues while upholding security standards and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve uptime, and support creator services and educational programs in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web development, website maintenance, or digital platform administration.
• Ability to coordinate with developers, vendors and nontechnical stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Understanding of user permissions, data security best practices, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills for creator-focused environments.
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools to support website administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day website and platform operations and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Upload, update, and manage website content, educational resources, and creator profiles.
• Assist with user and member account administration and platform navigation.
• Document technical bugs and coordinate escalation to technical teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and developers to communicate requirements and track fixes.
• Create and maintain documentation for administrative procedures and workflows.
• Manage authorized admin activities, user permissions, and platform settings securely.
