Job summary

Remote Employee BPO is seeking a reliable Web Developer & Customer Onboarding Specialist to build customer websites using AI tools and manage onboarding across SMS and marketing platforms. The role emphasizes fast, reliable delivery and frequent collaboration with customers to get sites live.

Candidates should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and be comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools. This is a fully remote position with Philippine daytime hours and occasional overlap with U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to build functional websites quickly using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Willingness to learn custom domain management, hosting, and onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch customer websites efficiently using AI coding tools and internal systems.
• Use company tools to purchase, configure, and set up domains; submit finished sites to the internal hosting platform.
• Collect and enter customer information into platforms such as Twilio, Mailchimp, and similar services.
• Communicate with customers during onboarding and help get their accounts and websites live.
• Manage website development and onboarding tasks in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment.
