Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a capable Website & Platform Support professional to maintain daily operations, manage content, and assist with member and user administration. You will coordinate with developers and vendors to resolve technical issues while upholding security standards and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve uptime, and support creator services and educational programs in a digital-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web development, website maintenance, or digital platform administration.
• Ability to coordinate with developers, vendors and nontechnical stakeholders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Profile Requirements:

• Web Development and Platform Experience: Demonstrated experience in web development, website maintenance, or digital platform administration, with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Technical Coordination: Ability to communicate effectively with developers, vendors, and nontechnical stakeholders, track issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Security and Documentation: Understanding of user permissions, access controls, data security best practices, and the importance of maintaining accurate technical and operational documentation.
• Organization and Problem‑Solving: Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple platform support tasks in a digital‑first, creator‑focused environment.
• AI Tools and Automation: Practical experience using AI‑powered tools to support website administration, content management, troubleshooting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. Ability to leverage AI technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

Core responsibilities:

• Website and Platform Support: Maintain day‑to‑day website and platform operations, monitor functionality, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and help ensure a smooth user experience.
• Content Administration: Upload, update, organize, and maintain website content, educational resources, membership information, creator profiles, event details, and other digital assets.
• User and Member Support: Assist with user and member account administration, access issues, platform navigation, and operational requests related to membership and creator services.
• Technical Issue Coordination: Identify, document, and escalation technical bugs, website errors, platform performance issues, and functionality concerns to the appropriate technical personnel.
• Vendor and Developer Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, software providers, and developers to communicate requirements, track technical requests, follow up on fixes, and support platform improvements.
• Platform Documentation: Create and maintain documentation covering administrative procedures, platform workflows, troubleshooting steps, content management, and recurring operational tasks.
• Access‑Controlled Administration: Manage authorized administrative activities, user permissions, account access, and platform settings in accordance with established security protocols and access controls.
• Platform Optimization and Operational Support: Assist with testing updates, verifying fixes, maintaining data accuracy, and improving platform workflows to support creator services, educational programs, live experiences, awards, and membership operations.
