hosting.com is seeking a friendly and capable Customer Care Representative to join our global hosting team in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat, and email, delivering timely, accurate, and courteous support while guiding customers through standard processes.

You'll work with foundational knowledge of web hosting services, escalate complex cases to senior staff when needed, and continuously develop your skills through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in web hosting technical support.
• Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies (domains, DNS, email systems, website management).
• Experience handling escalations and customer-facing technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls and emails.
• Track customer functional requirements.
