Job summary

Qualifications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The web content specialist will perform maintenance and management of Online Shopping Site of Gulliver Japan specifically the product pages, update prices, specifications and title of item pages in an accurate and consistent manner.

To exceptionally employ Web Content Techniques which include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining Japanese websites with minimal supervision

• Uploading banners, description pages on site

• Updating product pages, specifications, titles posted on site

• Proven ability to identify and create processes and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency

• Adaptable and able to pick-up new techniques

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work on his own or with a team

• Ability to work to tight deadlines; have a sense of urgency

• Ability to multi task and have own initiative

• Have sense of responsibility and willingness to improve team’s current process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least one (1) year experience in product listing and E-Commerce Operation, freelance / OJT experience is acceptable.

• Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

• Basic knowledge in CSS and HTML coding.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Good at proofreading errors and analyzing tasks.
