About the role

Support the E-Commerce team in inventory management, merchandising operations, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate inventory visibility, smooth product availability, and efficient day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and check E-Commerce inventory status on the website and align inventory availability with marketing and merchandising plans
• Generate, maintain, and update E-Commerce reports, trackers, and operational files
• Support inventory and merchandising activities by ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Assist with procurement-related tasks, including receiving, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and other departments to support operational requirements
• Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned to support E-Commerce operations

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports
