A local company in Metro Manila is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to manage sales orders and assist customers. The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with at least 3 years' experience in customer service or sales, and fluent in Japanese. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing customer sales orders at ERP system.
• Inform Warehouse to request Permits and documents for shipment for client requires (COMI, BAI)
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
• Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Handle and manage customer inbound calls.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services.
• Reroute customer calls/prospects to appropriate Sales Executive for proper channel of communication.
• Coordinate and assist the Sales Executive assigned to them.
• Monitor the deliver to ensure that it will be delivered on time
• Monitor backload (if any) and coordinate with Warehouse for schedule
• Monitor RTV/Pullout items from the store
• Manage, monitor and schedule customer appointments with sales team.
• Implement best practices in sales programs.

Skills & Requirements

• College graduate
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Can speak, read and write in Japanese
• Proven track record of accomplishments in building key accounts with increased penetration
• Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred
• Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
