Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals and businesses safeguard assets through tailored protection and wealth solutions. The role blends client visits at branches with remote digital consultations in a hybrid setup.

Primary focus includes risk management, income protection, health coverage, and estate planning. Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and travel incentives, supported by AXA Academy training and licensing progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is advantageous; career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome.
Pass Insurance Commission (IC) exams for Traditional Life and Variable Life licenses; training via AXA Academy.

Responsibilities

Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to assess client assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions and prepare personalized proposals.
Prospect clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach to meet branch KPIs.
Service clients with policy applications, renewals, changes, and claims navigation.
Maintain compliance with regulations and complete mandatory licensing and training.
