The role blends client-facing advisory, product recommendations and proactive prospecting in a hybrid setup with client visits, branch work, and remote digital consultations.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience or advisory mindset, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics and a commitment to licensing

Qualifications

• Perform in-depth financial needs analyses to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance and targets.
• Evaluate major risks and structure protection strategies across AXA products.
• Provide consultative recommendations and present personalized proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships through portfolio reviews, renewals, and service.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets and risk tolerance.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions across health, life, savings, and estate planning.
• Prepare personalized financial proposals and present options clearly to clients.
• Prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims navigation.
