The role is full-time or part-time with a hybrid setup (branch visits + remote consultations). You’ll assess needs, recommend AXA protections, prospect for clients, service policies, and ensure licensing compliance, with earnings driven by commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Sales, banking, customer service, or account management advantageous; career shifters welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform Financial Needs Analyses to assess assets, risk tolerance, and goals.
• Recommend AXA solutions across health, life, savings, and estate protection.

• Complete licensing and compliance training; adhere to privacy standards.
