Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Wealth Protection Specialist (Financial Advisor) to help individuals, families, and businesses safeguard their assets and manage risks through tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role combines client visits with remote digital consultations.

In this hybrid position, you will conduct Financial Needs Analyses, recommend AXA protection and wealth products, and support clients through application, renewal, and claim processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics or related field preferred.
• Sales, banking, customer service or account management experience is advantageous.
• Career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' assets, risk tolerance, and long-term targets.
• Recommend AXA protection and wealth solutions across health, life, savings, and estate planning categories.
• Prospect clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach; work toward branch KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through portfolio reviews, updates, and service of policy applications, renewals, and claims.
• Pass Insurance Commission exams for Traditional and Variable Life licenses; complete AXA Academy training and maintain compliance.
