Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, monitoring) per procedures and service standards.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues for timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
