Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, monitoring) per procedures and service standards.
• Investigate inquiries and exceptions, escalate issues, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
• Maintain data quality and documentation to ensure audit-ready records.
