Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, monitoring) in line with procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
• Maintain data quality and documentation standards to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Identify operational risk and control gaps, support remediation actions, and drive process improvements.

Make an impact by helping keep critical operational processes running accurately and on time. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across teams to resolve issues, strengthen controls, and improve workflows. You will build a strong foundation in operational excellence, risk awareness, and disciplined execution. As an Operations Analyst in the Wealth Management Operations, you will support end-to-end operational processes to help deliver accurate, timely outcomes. You will investigate inquiries and exceptions, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and maintain high standards for data quality and documentation. You will contribute to a strong risk and controls culture by identifying gaps and supporting remediation. You will also help drive continuous improvement across operational workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational processing (e.g., transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, and monitoring) in line with defined procedures and service standards.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and control partners) to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
• Maintain data quality and documentation standards to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Identify operational risk and control gaps, support remediation actions, and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), or currently enrolled in college with an expected graduation date between April to December 2026.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Experience supporting complex products or processes (e.g., loan/credit documentation, securities transfers, platform operational flows, investigations, or remediation work).
• Demonstrated risk awareness and control orientation in an operations environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
