Qualifications

• 5+ years in Luxury Travel, Hospitality, Concierge, Reservations, or Premium Client Services.
• Experience supporting VIP or high-net-worth clientele.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment.
• Salesforce or CRM experience is an advantage.

• Deliver exceptional support to VIP and high-net-worth travelers.
• Handle urgent travel requests, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
• Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve client concerns while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Utilize Salesforce or CRM tools to manage client requests and travel arrangements.
