Responsible for the processing and monitoring of dealer warranty claims. The job holder is also responsible for coordinating and communicating with dealers related to warranty claims, including results of evaluation and validation of warranty claimed parts received from dealers

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering courses
• 1+ years of working experience in dealing with technical issues relevant to automotive
• Has knowledge in Dealer Operations or Automotive Industry
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT) & SAP Program
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure, and can do multitasking
