Job summary

RTX in the Philippines (Tanauan, Batangas) is seeking a Customer Order Specialist to manage orders, RFQs and customer expectations on-site during the mid shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The role requires strong communication, data analysis and SAP knowledge, with experience in a manufacturing environment and process-improvement background.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office; Six Sigma and VBA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication.
• SAP knowledge.
• Experience working in a manufacturing set up.
• ACE, Six Sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Process customer orders and RFQs per terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments across the organization.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc.
• Assist with customer delivery status inquiries.
• Support timely payment from customers.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and standards.
• Non-traditional hours may be required; onsite shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.
