Job summary

Reliance Care, Inc., a subsidiary of Unilab, seeks an SCM Analyst/Associate for Warehousing to ensure efficient material flow and accurate inventory management. You will maintain organized storage, implement controls to reduce losses, and enable timely order processing while working on-site daily.

The role emphasizes preventing spoilage, documenting movements in NetSuite, and conducting regular physical counts to improve IRA and fill rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management or related fields required.
• At least 2 years experience in procurement and logistics.
• ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement warehouse policies and procedures (e.g., FEFO).
• Monitor inventory to minimize spoilage and expiration.
• Document inventory movements in NS (goods receipt, issuance, transfer).
• Execute physical counts: semi-annual wall-to-wall and monthly cycle counts.
• Meet target Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and Order Fill Rate.
• Manage inventory locations and overflow, especially during peak season.
