Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a SCM Analyst/Associate for Warehousing in Manila to ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery. You will maintain organized storage systems and implement controls to reduce losses, safeguarding assets and ensuring precise order processing.

The role emphasizes on-site daily work, policy adherence (FEFO), regular cycle counts, and achieving IRA and order fill targets to improve service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business or related fields required.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in procurement and logistics; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement warehouse policies and procedures (e.g., FEFO).
• Proper storage and monitoring of inventory to minimize spoilage.
• Document inventory movements in NetSuite (or NS).
• Conduct monthly physical cycle counts; semi-annual wall-to-wall counts.
• Meet targets for Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and Order Fill Rate.
• Minimize expired items and spoilage; optimize inventory locations especially peak season.
