Job summary

Based On Scientia Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to ensure accurate inventory data and timely replenishments.

This on-site role requires analyzing counts, reporting variances, and maintaining item records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (Operations), at least 1 year of related experience, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration, Major in Operations
• Must have at least one year of related experience
• Must have strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Adept with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets
• Keen eye for details with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain organized records
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory-related information is precise by executing SOPs in the warehouse division
• Maintain cycle counts and report variances to relevant teams
• Champion accurate item data (names, codes, counts) in warehouse records
• Monitor actual counts and inventory levels to trigger replenishments
