Job summary

3BAS Tigers Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, and organize automotive spare parts. You will sort by location, stack by size, and ensure correct movement of goods to meet delivery timelines.

The role requires basic computer literacy, knowledge of automotive parts, and strong attention to detail. You will maintain inventory accuracy and support administrative tasks within a fast-paced warehouse environment in Pasig.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate or high-school graduate, with more than 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive stocks from suppliers or returns from customers.
• Ensure quantity, quality, and condition match delivery receipt.
• Sort received stocks by floor level and assign racks.
• Stack merchandise according to size and movement (fast, regular, slow).
• Inspect returned merchandise using return slip and sales invoice.
• Pick merchandise according to sales orders and meet requested lead times (RDD).
• Monitor minimum inventory levels and recommend replenishment to Operations Manager or Procurement Team.
• Shuttle merchandise between Cetacio and Severino warehouses.
• Maintain clean and organized working area and practice 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Receiving of stocks from suppliers or returns from customers.
• 2. Ensures that quantity, quality and physical condition of received stocks are correct based on delivery receipt.
• 3. Sorts received stocks per floor level and assigned racks.
• 4. Stacks merchandise according to size and profile of goods movement whether fast moving, regularly ordered or slow moving.
• 5. Check and inspect all returned merchandise from customers based on return slip and sales invoice.
• 6. Picked merchandise according to SO, ensures meeting the RDD or lead time.
• 7. Keep tracks of minimum inventory level and recommend replenishment to Operations Manager or Procurement Team.
• 8. Shuttle merchandise from Cetacio to Severino warehouse.
• 9. Ensure clearing and cleaning of working area at all times.
• 10. Maintain warehouse 5S: sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain.
• 11. Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

• 6. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
