Job summary

Velocity Motor Sales Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory, stock control, and purchasing processes in our Subic-area facility.

You will maintain stock records in Excel, update stock cards, and ensure accurate incoming/outgoing material flows for contractors and internal teams. The role involves daily stock updates, gate-pass handling, and preparation of requisitions and purchase orders while adhering to warehouse safety and tagging procedures.

Qualifications

• College level with computer literacy, especially Excel for recording purposes.
• Preferably with background in automotive or industrial warehousing.
• Resident of Subic or nearby SBMA.
• Highly dependable.

Responsibilities

• Update warehouse reports and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.
• Record actual inventory of stocks and tools and update stock cards.
• Tag and create outgoing gate passes for sample items from the warehouse.
• Check transfer slips against requested materials.
• Encode truck materials requests.
• Pick-up Diesel purchases at the fuel station.
• Monitor price changes of items on each delivery (hard copy).
• Release stock materials requested by contractors.
• Clean the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the updating of warehouse report and monitoring, purchase requisition and purchase order.

• Actual inventory of stocks and tools, updating of stock cards and conversion kit files
• Updating of stock materials everyday (Bin Card)
• Tagging and creating of outgoing gate pass for sample items from the warehouse.
• Checking the transfer slips versus the requested materials.
• Encoding of truck materials request.
• Pick-up of Diesel purchases in the fuel station.
• Monitoring the changes in prices of items every delivery. (HARD COPY)
• Releasing of stock materials requested by the contractors.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
• Prepare necessary reports and submit it to their immediate superior.
• Cleaning the warehouse.
• Other task/duty that may be assigned by the Department Manager.

Daily Task:

• Receiving and checking material requisition form (Contractors and Altis)
• Input RIS receipt (material requested)
• Issuance of materials/key monitoring

• Input charge materials of contractors to be submitted to Ms. Olive
