Job summary

Toyota Alabang, Inc. (TAI) seeks a warehouse admin to handle receiving, documentation, and parts issuing for service, counter, and jobber customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include precise binning per storage techniques, careful filing, and ensuring 5S compliance while supporting TMP exam and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: College level or graduate of TESDA preferably in Automotive.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year work related experience on administrative functions.
• Knowledge & Skills: Good communication skills coupled with a natural ease in working with numbers.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft application such as Excel and Word.
• License/Certificate: Drivers' License.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of delivered parts with proper documentation and quality check.
• Proper binning of received parts based on the 7 storage techniques.
• Prompt issuance of all parts with picking slips to service department.
• Picking and binning of all parts allotted for Counter and Jobber customers.
• Issuance of parts to counter Salesman and jobber salesman with proper documentation and invoice references.
• Monitor pass moving stock and inform ordering section for parts with critical & over stocks.
• Orderly filing of all Parts Warehouse documents. Picking slip (with proper signature of issuer & receiver) and receiving report, Parts Adjustment Slip, TMP Parts Sales Invoice, Gate passes, all in series).
• Maintenance of 5S in accordance with Toyota Motors Philippines's (TMP's) check list.
• Pass the Monthly Internal and TMP Quarterly Examinations.
• Pass the TMP Trainings
