KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular cycle counting and physical inventory audits (daily/weekly/monthly).

• Receiving & Releasing: Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity accuracy and quality; prepare and release parts for mechanics or customer orders.

• Parts Identification: Utilize Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) to ensure the correct part numbers are assigned to specific vehicle models/VINs.

• System Management: Promptly update the Inventory Management System (SAP, Oracle, or DMS) for every stock movement (In/Out).

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain warehouse organization using 5S principles and ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials (e.g., oils, fluids, batteries).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Senior High School, Vocational Course in Automotive Servicing (NC II), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy automotive components (up to 50 lbs).

• Highly detail-oriented, honest, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• With experience in Automotive Industry is advantage.
