Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and manage receiving and releasing of automotive parts.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with sales, purchasing and logistics, maintain stock records, and perform regular cycle counts. The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse operations and supervisory experience, with readiness to work onsite in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience handling automotive parts or similar products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate inventory records.
• Computer literate; familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Able to work in a fast-paced automotive retail/warehouse environment.

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper handling and storage of automotive parts and accessories, and efficient receiving and releasing of products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff

• Oversee the receiving, checking, storing, picking, and releasing of automotive parts and accessories

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of automotive products

• Prepare and coordinate orders for delivery, branches, or customers

• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks and ensure proper documentation

• Ensure products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments regarding stock requirements

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards

About you

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience

• Experience handling automotive parts, accessories, electrical components, or similar products is an advantage

• Knowledge of inventory management, stock monitoring, and warehouse procedures

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory records

• Computer literate; experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus
