Job summary

3BAS Tigers Inc. in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in warehousing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, a degree in logistics or related field, and strong leadership plus MS Office and WMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in automotive, trucking, warehousing or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, binning, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of automotive parts.
• Implement standard warehouse processes and layouts.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper location management and labeling.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged parts.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates.
• Prepare work schedules and task assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide on-the-job training.
• Enforce discipline and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Promote proper use of material handling equipment.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain housekeeping standards (5S).
• Use WMS systems for inventory and transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Identify operational inefficiencies.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Support automation and system upgrades.
• Reduce errors, damages, and delays.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

• Exposure in automotive, trucking, warehousing, or other related industries is an advantage.

• Proficiency in using MS Office application and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Good leadership and strong coaching skills.
