Job summary

KM ACE Towing Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle, store, receive, release, and monitor inventory, ensuring accurate stock and timely preparation for deliveries.

You will inspect deliveries, maintain records, coordinate with Operations and Logistics, and support warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. A Senior High School or Vocational diploma with 1–2 years in warehousing is required; knowledge of Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or Vocational graduate; college level is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics support.
• Knowledgeable in basic inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving warehouse materials.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Good coordination and communication with multiple departments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the proper handling, storage, receiving, releasing, and monitoring of warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock management, organized warehouse operations, and timely preparation of materials for delivery and client requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving and Inspection - Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for quantity and condition, and ensure all materials match delivery documents and purchase records.
• Inventory Management - Monitor, organize, and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock arrangement and availability of warehouse items.
• Material Preparation and Releasing - Prepare, pack, and release materials according to delivery schedules, pull-out requests, and operational requirements.
• Warehouse Organization - Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of warehouse stocks, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Stock Monitoring - Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks to identify variances, damages, shortages, and slow-moving items.
• Documentation and Reporting - Prepare and update warehouse documents such as receiving reports, inventory logs, delivery monitoring, and stock movement records.
• Coordination and Support - Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teams regarding stock availability, deliveries, and warehouse requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Senior High School graduate or Vocational graduate; College level is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics support.
• Knowledgeable in basic inventory management, stock handling, and warehouse procedures
• Capable of lifting, moving, and organizing warehouse materials and products.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and documentation records.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and within fast-paced operations.
• Good coordination and communication skills with the ability to work well with different departments.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and inventory monitoring is an advantage
