JB Packaging Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate and timely recording of all warehouse transactions in ERP/WMS systems. You will verify, encode, and reconcile movements from receiving to dispatch, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of warehouse transactions and inventory records. The position serves as the control point between physical warehouse activities and system records by validating, recording, reconciling, and monitoring the movement of materials and finished goods. The role ensures that all receiving, issuance, transfer, return, storage, and dispatch transactions are properly documented and accurately reflected in the ERP and Warehouse Management System. The position will maintain inventory accuracy, transaction traceability, and effective warehouse controls.
Process and encode authorized warehouse transactions in the ERP, including receiving, issuance, transfer, return, and dispatch transactions
Ensure that physical warehouse movements are accurately reflected in the system
Verify transaction details against approved source documents before processing
Review receiving documents and encode received raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other warehouse items into the system
Verify item codes, descriptions, quantities, units of measure, lot/batch information, and other required details
Process system transactions for materials issued to Production or other authorized users and encode transfers between warehouse locations
Record finished goods receipts and process warehouse transactions related to finished goods dispatches and outbound shipments
Monitor system inventory balances, assist in planning and conducting monthly cycle counts, and reconcile physical count results against ERP/WMS records
Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic warehouse transaction reports and analyze transaction data to identify unusual movements or recurring discrepancies
Coordinate closely with Material Handler Operators, Logistics Staff, Warehouse Supervisor, and other departments regarding warehouse transactions and inventory status
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
Experience or internship in warehouse, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or data processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Familiarity with customs systems and trade documentation platforms
Proactive with high sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Inventory control and reconciliation skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
