• Must have 2–3 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Proven experience with WMS and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety briefings and incident reporting.
• Monitor inventory accuracy via regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Optimize layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and develop team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and safety; report progress to management.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
