Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.
• Monitor inventory accuracy via cycle counts and stock checks.
• Improve efficiency by optimizing layout and processes to reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and quality issues.
