Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks a seasoned warehouse operations leader to manage end-to-end distribution activities at the San Rafael, Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory, while driving KPI attainment and cost efficiencies.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics with 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong WMS experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operation.
Experience with large-scale warehouse operations and customer-facing accounts preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with WMS and inventory control.
Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, transportation, and warehouse best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
Willing to be onsite at San Rafael, Davao Regional Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
Ensure achievement of KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time dispatch.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and efficiency.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet daily operational needs.
Monitor adherence to DHL Supply Chain policies and regulatory standards.
Lead supervisors and warehouse personnel through coaching and performance development.
Ensure HSSEQ standards are strictly implemented.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address issues and maintain relationships.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decisions and reviews.
Support site budget management, cost control, and productivity programs.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Foster employee engagement and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
