Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cebu is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound operations at the Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center. You will supervise receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, dispatch, and ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse/logistics, 1-2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS and RF scanning tools. On-site with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience handling inbound and outbound processes in a distribution center environment is preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
• Experience using WMS and RF scanning technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: supervise receiving, unloading, checking, and put-away activities to ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing
• Ensure inbound schedules and customer service requirements are met
• Outbound Operations: supervise order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities and ensure orders are shipped within service levels
• Monitor daily dispatch plans and coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries
• Team Leadership: lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates; conduct toolbox meetings and performance reviews
• Allocate manpower and resources based on workload; promote engagement and teamwork

Inbound Operations

• Supervise receiving, unloading, checking, and put-away activities to ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with inbound schedules and customer service requirements.
• Monitor receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory variances, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Customer Service teams regarding inventory and system-related concerns.
• Ensure proper storage and adherence to warehouse standards.

Outbound Operations

• Supervise order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped within agreed service levels.
• Monitor daily dispatch plans and coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Address operational issues that may impact fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure outbound documentation and system transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve operational objectives.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, shift briefings, and performance reviews.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and overall team performance.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on operational workload.
• Promote employee engagement and teamwork within the operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound processes in a distribution center environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Physically capable of supporting warehouse floor operations and conducting operational inspections.
