Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff, ensure safe and efficient operations, and manage inventory and resources in the Sariaya distribution center.

The role requires coordinating tasks, conducting inventories, and driving process adherence. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 6 months to 1 year of logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and hands-on ability to coach and develop a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
• Understanding of picking and warehousing/logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations principles and practices.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Willing to be assigned to Alfamart Distribution Center, Villa Amanda, Sampaloc, Sto. Cristo, Sariaya, Quezon.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations and managing inventory and resources.
• Conduct briefing of warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.
• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
• Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
• Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
• Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
• Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
• Ensure display area is full in preparation for the next day picking activities.
