Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-volume environment in Cebu.

You will oversee inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes to ensure timely and accurate store replenishment. You will drive productivity, cost efficiency, and operational discipline while managing a large team (200+ personnel, including supervisors).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations and distribution in FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and data-driven decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and operational discipline.
• Manage large teams (200+ personnel including supervisors) and multi-store coordination.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
• Utilize data-driven insights and WMS for process improvements.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and audit readiness of warehouse operations.
