Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. seeks a Distribution Center Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations supporting a growing retail network. You will drive inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes to enable timely replenishment across stores.

Lead a 200+ personnel team with a focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably FMCG or retail distribution.
• Proven experience managing large teams and high SKU volumes.
• Strong knowledge of inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes.
• Experience with WMS and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Manage high-volume inventory (4,000–10,000 SKUs) with accuracy.
• Lead inbound, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Drive order fulfillment, delivery staging, and multi-store coordination.
• Monitor KPIs like accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
• Lead process improvements using data and WMS.
