Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for a fast-growing multi-store network in the Philippines. You will drive inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, and outbound processes to ensure timely store replenishment.

As a strategic operations leader, you will optimize warehouse layout, manage 200+ personnel, monitor KPIs, and lead data-driven improvements using WMS and lean practices in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, dispatch).
• Skilled in handling high SKU volume (4,000–10,000 SKUs) with accuracy and control.
• Proven experience in inbound operations, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse layout optimization and space utilization.
• Strong background in order fulfillment (loose, batch, and zone picking).
• Experience in dispatch operations, delivery staging, and multi-store coordination.
• Able to monitor and drive KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
• Strong capability in process improvement using data and WMS.
• Proven people leader with experience handling 200+ personnel.
• Strong in workforce planning, performance management, and team development.
• Committed to safety, compliance, and audit-ready warehouse operations.
• Able to build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
