Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient operations and accurate inventory management.

You will conduct staff briefings, review team plans, and supervise physical counts to support timely replenishment and order fulfillment at Alfamart Distribution Center in Marilao, Bulacan. Strong organizational skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, logistics, engineering, or business).
6 months to 1 year of warehousing/logistics experience.
Understanding of picking and warehousing/logistics.
Knowledge of warehouse operations principles and practices.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Familiarity with inventory reporting.
Willing to be assigned at Alfamart Distribution Center, Marilao Bulacan.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities

What does it take to be part of the team?

Must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related course).
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Willing to be assigned in Alfamart Distribution Center, KM 21, FEDCOR Compound, MC Arthur Hi-way, Marilao, Bulacan
