Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes to ensure timely store replenishment and cost efficiency.

You will lead a large team (200+ personnel), drive KPI performance, optimize warehouse layout, and implement data-driven improvements using WMS. FMCG/retail distribution experience is preferred for this pivotal role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably FMCG or retail distribution.
Experience handling high SKU volume (4,000–10,000 SKUs).
Experience managing large teams (200+ personnel).
End-to-end warehouse experience from inbound to dispatch.
Inventory management and store replenishment experience.
Exposure to route planning and multi-store distribution is advantageous.
Familiarity with WMS and data-driven reporting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Focus on operational excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities
