Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Distribution Center Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations supporting Alfamart’s retail network.

You will drive inbound, storage, inventory, picking, and outbound processes to ensure timely store replenishment and maintain audit-ready operations. The role requires leadership of large teams in a high-volume environment, with a focus on productivity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience handling high SKU volume (4,000–10,000 SKUs).
• Experience managing large teams (200+ personnel).
• Strong background in end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound to dispatch).
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, dispatch).
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and operational discipline.
• Lead large teams (200+ personnel) including supervisors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and audit-ready warehouse operations.
