Job summary

ACCIONA S.A. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role involves directing the warehouse team, managing stock receipting and inventory control, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Logistics or related field with 3+ years in construction logistics, strong Excel and reporting skills, and a proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors and partners while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related Engineering field.
Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
3+ years of experience in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support.
Familiarity with warehousing processes and inventory management / documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of safety, ISO audits and environmental compliances.
Attention to detail, trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
Material reconciliations and record keeping.
Subcontractor material control.
Team supervision.
Safety and housekeeping.
Coordination and communication with internal and external partners.
Equipment and operator monitoring.
Reporting and accountability.
Other related tasks as assigned.
