Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. You will lead the warehouse team, oversee inventory control, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance on-site.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related field, plus several years of experience in warehouse supervision and construction logistics. Strong Excel skills and coordination with partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
• 3+ years in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with warehousing processes and Inventory Management with documentation.
• MS Excel proficiency and ability to generate reports.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and in a multi-task team.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of Safety, ISO Audits and Environmental Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
• Material reconciliations and record keeping.
• Subcontractor material control.
• Team supervision.
• Safety and housekeeping.
