Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role involves directing the warehouse team, overseeing stock receipt, storage and documentation, and ensuring safety and compliance across activities onsite.

The candidate should have a BS in Logistics/SC/Business Administration or related engineering field, with 3+ years in construction logistics or similar. Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills are essential.

• Proven experience supervising a warehouse team.
• 3+ years of experience in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support.

• Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
• Material Reconciliations and record keeping.
• Subcontractor Material Control.
• Team Supervision.
• Safety and Housekeeping.
• Coordination and Communication internal and external partners.
• Equipment and Operator Monitoring.
• Reporting and accountability.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Familiarity with warehousing processes, Inventory Management and control in documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a multi-task team environment
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of Safety, ISO Audits and Environmental Compliances
• Attention to detail, respect, and trustworthiness.
