Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. The role oversees the warehouse team, stock receipting, inventory control, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

The successful candidate will have a BS in Logistics or a related field, 3+ years leading a warehouse team in construction logistics, and strong MS Excel skills for reporting and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
• Material reconciliations and record keeping.
• Subcontractor material control team supervision.
• Safety and housekeeping coordination and communication with internal and external partners.
• Equipment and operator monitoring.
• Reporting and accountability.
• Other related tasks that may be assigned.

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation
• Material Reconciliations and record keeping
• Subcontractor Material Control Team Supervision
• Safety and Housekeeping Coordination and Communication internal and external partners
• Equipment and Operator Monitoring
• Reporting and accountability
• Other related tasks that may be assigned

Required Skills and Competencies

• Graduate of BS/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, and/or any related Engineering field
• Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
• 3+ years of experience in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support
• Familiarity with warehousing processes, Inventory Management and control in documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a multi-task team environment
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of Safety, ISO Audits and Environmental Compliances
• Attention to detail, respect, and trustworthiness.
